My name is Mark Bell. I was born in London (UK) and I studied Archaeological Sciences at Bradford University and then did research in simulation in archaeology at Staffordshire University. I have worked as an archaeologist for various organisations around Britain.
Currently I make my living as a computer contractor for various companies but still maintain an interest in archaeology. My book on the Dark Age dykes of Britain should be published in in the near future by Amberley Publishing.
